Our 8 Stage - Quality Manufacturing Process

1. Receipt of client's order.
2. Die design - using our customised CAD system.
3. Manufacturing - using our CAM and CNC systems.
4. Heat Treatment - using in-house facility.
5. EDM - dies go to EDM & Wire EDM where the profiles are cut.
6. Rigorous Inspection and polishing of the dies.
7. Delivery - dies shipped to client.
8. Feedback - any client corrections documented and all necessary adjustments made.
