Exco was one of the first die makers to fully appreciate the impact of Computer Assisted Design and CNC machining would have on extrusion dies.

A skilled craftsman seldom makes an error.. A CNC machine, with an experienced operator never does.

Our dies are designed to produce high quality extrusions at - maximum speed with minimum scrap. Exco dies now last longer than ever.

Our innovative ideas in design enable you to extrude complex extrusion profiles. We are specialised in a variety of complex extrusion dies from Heat Sinks to Centre Fed Dies, dies for Hard alloys as well as very large extrusions through spreaded dies.

We design dies to your specifications with the aim of reducing costly die trials and to maximise productivity and recovery.
